Kathmandu- Kenya has posted 156 runs target for Nepal in the second match of the ICC World Cricket League at TU Cricket Ground, Kathmandu on Monday.
Send to bat first after losing the toss, Kenya made 156 runs on the board losing all wickets in 46.1 overs. While restricting the visiting team, Nepal's Shard Veswakar took four wickets. Collins Obuya was top scorer for Kenya. He made 48 runs hitting seven fours.
A win is a must for Nepal to remain alive in the tournament. Nepal is in the sixth position in the points table of the tournament from nine matches. Top four teams in the points table of the tournament will secure their participation for the ICC 2019 World Cup Qualifiers.
On the other hand, the visiting team is in the fifth position in the points table with ten points from nine matches.
