But during the Lunch and dinner do not drink the water. There are several benefits of the water but here are the most important benefits and tips of the water drinking: 1. Do not Drink water while lunch and dinner: while eating the Lunch and dinner do not drink the water. It makes the digestive juice light and that can bring the problems in the digestive system. Drink the water after ten minutes of lunch and dinner. 2. Drink lots of water: In your daily life drink sufficient water. It makes you body balanced. 3. Water makes your skin shinny. It brings the shiny in our skin as well as in our face. 4. It helps to lose the weight. If you are fat then drink the sufficient water. It decreases the fat, cholesterol. It can kill your hunger. 5. Water can avoid the unwanted elements from our body which are entered through our eating habit. 6. Water can drink by making the soup, green tea, coconut water and so on. It can surpass the salt from the urine.
